We hosted two friends visiting from Europe for their first-ever angling experience, and Captain Ed made sure it was a success. After discussing our target species, the captain followed through perfectly and provided our guests with a fantastic introduction to the sport. Both the captain and first mate were professional, approachable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the day. Trip - Hunt Afternoon Surface Feeders Along the Coast on June 12, 2025

If you want a great trip, this is it. The Captain and crew were excellent, and the experience couldn't have been better. My 10-year-old really wanted to catch a shark, and the Captain put us right on them just as I asked. He caught one keeper and another for catch-and-release—a total dream come true! This is a first-rate trip and an unbeatable deal.

Trip - Chase the Morning Bite On Nearshore Waters on July 31, 2024

Awesome trip for 5 adults and 2 kids that have never gone deep sea fishing! Captain Ed was very nice and friendly. His ship mate Mongo went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. He was excellent with the boys and always made them feel included and taught them a lot about the marine life we experienced. Highly recommend this charter and will book with them again in the future!

Trip - Chase the Morning Bite On Nearshore Waters on June 20, 2024

As first-timers, a few of us felt a bit seasick, but we still had a wonderful time thanks to the clean boat and the fantastic captain and crew. We caught shark and had some mackerel bites as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone, as it perfectly suited both the youngsters and the elderly members of our group.

Our granddaughter was feeling a bit seasick, but Mongo, the first mate, was able to help her feel much better with his special squid treatment. It worked wonders! Captain Ed and Mongo provided a great trip and kept us entertained with some good stories. We caught an 80-pound blacktip shark and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this trip!

I took my family out on a fishing charter with Lucky Strike, and they were by far the best. The captain was very friendly and clearly knew the waters and exactly where the fish were. Bubba was a pleasure to be around, very personable, and truly knew his craft. It felt as if we had been friends forever. I will definitely return to use Lucky Strike again.
